Day 20:2

I haven't been posting, my bad.  Just been busy and then too tired to put my thoughts into words.

I have been maintaining my weight and I am not too happy about the progress of losing it.  I have come to a theory a long time ago that in the winter no matter how hard you try with any diet or exersize it is impossible to lose a large amount of weight because you body naturally hold on to fat/calories in the winter months.  Does that make sense?  Hence the fact that most New Years Resolutions never work out because peeps get frustrated at not losing anything the first 3-4 months.  Thats my excuse and I'm using it!  LOL

I haven't been totally strict with my diet, but I'm not doing anything overboard either.  My metabolism may have levelled out from the previous drop session but who knows for sure.  I am going to start doing my Jillian Michaels Wii work out Monday morning now that I'm done my drops.  I only did the 21 day stretch this time, hope the exersize will kick some ass!  Spring and Summer is just around the corner!!!!

So my weight is at 180lbs.  I'm not going to stress about it, I feel good with the food I eat and feeling better is what its all about!  I am going to try and start eating more gluten free foods now

Day 5:2

Its Friday.  I had a vegetable thin crust (Dr. Oetker) pizza.  I needed some food in my tummy.  I dont think I was hungry though, I think my tummy is rumbling because I am getting the flu.  As long as I sit here on the couch I'm fine.

The diet is going well....I cannot give up my cream for coffee so I am carrying on using the fat free vanilla international delite.  i figure its better than real cream and sugar (for the diet).  This time around I cannot get into the taste of the Stevia drops....I don't know why, but it just doesnt sit right with my taste buds... I must have my coffee and enjoy it!!!!  lol

I am going to make my cabbage soup this weekend and a couple other meal ideas.

DAY 3:2

Its day 3 of the second round.  I weighed myself for the first time since Christmas and I gained about 5-6 lbs.  Its hard to say if its actual weight or just the usual fluctuation of water retention etc...  so i will just go with a cool 185lbs to start off round two. Not bad for all the naughty stuff that was eaten over the holidays.  Measurements were the same as when I finished the first round.

I can't wait to start feeling good again...I really let my diet go to shit during December. Thought the drops would give me strength to not eat chocolates and other yummy holiday treats...WRONG.  lol  Oh well.. I didnt gain my weight back , if anything, I learned that certain foods cause me irritablility for certain functions.

Happy New Year!

Ok so I failed at my second attempt...stopped taking the drops and did the holiday munch fest! I don't feel the least bit guilty!  Ok..a little but I know I can get back on track and do this for another 40lbs!!!

I am not going to do a binge for 2 days... I think I have done enough over the last month.  I feel so bloated and gross and am ready to start feeling good again. Tomorrow I will start my hcg diet and stick to it 100% even better than the first time.  Some girls in the office are starting again or for the first time...its much easier with support.

I will keep all posted daily with the weekly updates on weight/inch loss.
