A good day for a Monday...easy breezy peasy! I am really not craving the food...just the nibbling...sitting at a desk is hard without the nibbling...and gum chewing gets tiring.
Lunch:
spinach salad with strawberries and lemon juice
1/2 cup cottage cheese
breadstick
Dinner:
chicken breast
cucumbers in pickled pearl onion juice
melba toast
havent felt like any fruit tonight...might have an apple or an orange in a few minutes
cant wait till weigh in Thursday...I did weigh myself this morning, but I can't tell you yet... =D
