Day 21:1

Today I have been feeling a little bloated  I'm definately not hungry but my mind keeps wandering to the sweets. Going to have my strawberries before I head to bed...forgot to have my fruit at dinner.

Lunch:
McDonalds Spicy Thai Salad with a dab of dressing(forgot my own) and grilled chicken breast
apple

Dinner:
pinwheel meatloaf w/ spinach
(meatloaf recipe from the HCG cookbook)
strawberries
