Its day 7 ... my first week is done! Tomorrow morning I will weigh and measure =)
Lunch:
1/2 cup shrimp with lemon juice & Creole spice
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup cottage cheese (I know I had extra protein...tsk tsk)
1/2 cup blueberries for an afternoon snack
breadsticks
Dinner:
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 apple
1 melba toast
1 BBQ roasted chicken thigh (made by my son from a restaurant he works at)
Not sure how the extra protein will effect things, not badly I would think. Better than cake, ice cream and candy for sure! I did pass up some cake tonight *pat on the back* ... My sweet tooth wanted to taste it but I didn't let it have its way.
No hunger pains today, but I certainly do have an abundance of energy tonight lol
