Day 3:1

It's the end of day 3.  I am starting to feel a bit hungry but it is bedtime anyways.  I had a good lunch and dinner.

Lunch:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (1% - couldnt find anything less)
1 orange
1/2 cup cucumber slices

Dinner:
Tilapia with lemon and lavender
1 cup spinach mixed with 6 strawberries
juice of a lemon



evening I had black flavoured coffee to curb any hunger.

with minimal food to choose from it will be a challenge but interesting to try new tastes.

I started to drink some Glaceau Vitamin water then realized there was sugar cane in it.  UGH!  I didn't think there were any sugars in these drinks!
