Day 30:1

I have decided to continue the drops for another round, I wasnt ready to do it on my own yet ... I will keep updateing but not on a daily basis.  probably 3-4 times a week with progress updates.

I feel great again and love to fit into my jeans again with an even better fit!  I look forward to losing more weight and be a better new me that I havent been in a long time.  I know there were a few reasons for my weight gain over the last few years ... but no excuse to have let it go this far!

Lunch:
cabbage soup
bread stick
orange

Dinner:
meat loaf w/ spinach

Still have no hunger pains, i do crave sweets at odd times but it passes.  I just want something to chew besides gum!  lol
