I have made it to day 6! This morning was a bit of a struggle without breakfast and my usual routine. It won't take long to shake that, it just means I can sleep a few minutes longer =)
For lunch:
1 bread stick
salad consisting of
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup strawberries
15 shrimp
juice of a lemon for dressing
salt & pepper
For Dinner:
xtra lean ground beef patty with Epicure selections Salsa Mix
1/2 cup cucumber
1 apple
1 melba toast
I am feeling good and just need to curb the munchy feeling...I love gum, but not allowed to chew too much of it, and only sugar free.
