It was weigh in day... I am down a total of 28 lbs! 3.5 inches off my waste! I am so happy and feel great! I seem to be averaging about 1-1.5 lbs a day (update on my weekly weigh in post).

forgot to have my fruit after I got home from shopping, so none tonight.
Thanks to a co-worker, who found the flavoured liquid stevia at Save On Foods in the Organic section. I will now enjoy a flavourful and unbitter coffee with Chocolate Raspberry and Vanilla Cream.
