Day 23:1

I just returned from a good evening at couple of friends place, I had a diet dr.pepper in place of alcohol. 

Lunch:
cottage cheese
pickled cucumber
strawberries
bread stick


Dinner:
ground chicken patty
coleslaw
melba toast

not hungry enough to have my fruit, but I will have an orange before bed.  Need a dose of vitamin c cuz everyones starting to get the autumn cold...I am not looking forward to it. =)
