Day 8:1 - going strong!

I lost 15lbs in 1 week! Incredibly happy with this result!  Still feeling good too! I didn't think it was going ot be this easy =)

Lunch:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cucumber
breadstick
1 orange (mid morning)

Dinner:
1 Greek seasoned extra lean ground beef patty
spinach and tomatoe salad with lemon juice dressing.
1 melba toast
